Monsoon and Accessorize have some exciting employment opportunities. They are currently looking for 4 hours per week Sales Assistants to join the team at their Durham City Centre Store within Prince Bishops Shopping Centre. They are looking for motivated people who can help deliver excellent customer service, and support the Branch and Assistant Manager to achieve Company KPI’s. Working as part of a friendly and motivated team, successful applicants should have a flair for fashion and thrive on going the extra mile for their customer.

 

Sales assistants play a key part in the success of both our Monsoon and Accessorize brands. We are looking for people who can help create an amazing shopping experience, combining an expert understanding of our products, and a friendly, welcoming environment for our customers. We love working with people who share our passion for fashion and customer service. In return, we’ll offer you lots of on-the-job training and coaching and a fantastic opportunity to develop your career with us. In fact, several of our senior managers and company directors began their careers with us as sales assistants.

DESCRIPTION

 

PANDORA is currently seeking Seasonal Sale Assistants to join the team at their PANDORA Store in Durham City Centre. PANDORA Sales Assistants are brand ambassadors and the essential link between our products and our customers. Potential candidates must be comfortable influencing sales, excelling in customer service, and sharing their knowledge of the product and brand. Must enjoy working in a fast-paced sales floor environment. The ideal candidate must be flexible and be available to work over the Christmas period. Retail experience is preferred.  

 

Responsibilities include:

 

• Influence and increase sales in a one to one selling environment

• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by using effective selling skills; focusing on up-selling, UPT, ATV and productivity

• Build the bond between our brand and our customer, by answering queries, providing exemplary service and adapting your approach depending on individuals personalities and needs

• Learn and confidently share PANDORA product knowledge to maximise sales and provide an unforgettable customer experience. This includes the PANDORA history, production process, our company values, product composition, trends and bestsellers

• Assisting with product and POS deliveries; unloading and storing in the correct spaces in store

• Be a brand and store ambassador by maintaining a stylish and well-presented appearance

• Merchandising the store and maintaining high shop floor standards; taking pride in your environment

 

Ideal candidates will have:

 

• Strong selling skills, with 1-1 sales experience preferable

• Excellent communicator – Sales Assistants needs to initiate contact and communicate confidently

• Ability to work well under pressure, in a fast-paced, sales driven atmosphere

• A positive, “can-do” attitude, an individual who enjoys as working as one part of a successful team

• Customer focused

Prince Bishops - Full-time Nightshift Security/Cleaning

Hours: Full time

Salary: Salary: £8.50 per hour

DESCRIPTION

To assist with the smooth running of the shopping centre and to assist with all emergency situations when they occur. This includes providing visible security cover to the Centre, handling enquiries and customer concerns, monitoring CCTV (by suitably trained and licensed staff) and controlling contractors and deliveries to the Centre.

 

Carry out cleaning duties required including compacting of bulk waste, segregation of waste for recycling and baling of plastic and cardboard, cleaning of public toilets and back of house areas as required.

 

Applicants must hold:

Must have access to or have own transport.

Man Guarding/Door Supervisor SIA Licence

SIA CCTV Licence

Applicants with Man Guarding/Door Supervisor SIA Licence also considered.
