For convenient access to shop level, two lifts are located on each level of the car park, situated in the main stairwell opposite the parking payment machines. There is a functioning lift located in the car park, situated in the pedestrian entrance just off New Elvet Bridge, but please be aware that you can no longer access shop level using this lift. A number of our individual retailers also have their own internal lifts. You can find more information here by viewing the store directory our and interactive map.
Female toilets, accessible toilets and baby changing facilities are located on level 7 of the car park, by the main stairwell. Male toilets, accessible toilets and baby changing facilities are located on level 5 of the car park, similarly by the main stairwell. All toilets are accessible via a direct lift and are signposted throughout the shopping centre. The main public toilets are open in line with shopping centre core trading hours which are 9 am to 6 pm.
Additional baby changing facilities can be found in Bertie’s Play Village (inside M&Co). The additional facilities located within M&Co are open in line with the store opening hours. You can find more information here by viewing the store directory our and interactive map.
